The City of Calgary would like to invite you to help shape the future of arts, culture, music, and the creative economy.
The City of Calgary is working closely with the sector to develop an updated cultural plan to guide the future of arts, culture, music and the creative economy. As part of Phase 1 of the project, you’re invited to share your perspective to help inform and refine Calgary’s long-term cultural vision. We are seeking input from organizations, businesses, community partners, collectives and other representatives who contribute to Calgary’s cultural ecosystem.
Engagement opens Oct. 17 and runs until Nov. 21. We invite you to choose the engagement option within that timeframe that best suits you:
- In-person workshops:Select the workshop that most closely reflects the organization you represent, if applicable.
- Virtual workshop: Join the broader sector conversation if an in-person workshop is not the right fit or does not work for your schedule.
- Online survey: Share your feedback at a time that is convenient for you. We ask that each organization submit one survey response. A separate public survey for Calgarians will be available beginning October 24, and we encourage you to share it with your members, audiences, patrons, and networks.
