Sparking Lot Update – The Ping Pong Table has arrived for folks to use!
We will be supplying a few ping pong paddles and balls. Please keep them with the ping pong table for everyone to enjoy!
The Temporary Structure Development permit has been approved and is in the advertising period as I write this. Placement of the sea-can container will be this fall and coating will take place this spring.

A community paint night was held in August to ‘spark’ some interest in revitalizing the former parking space behind the NaAC (National accessArts Centre). Thanks to everyone who came out to build, pick up a brush, and fill the space with laughter and community. Tetherball equipment has now been added, and keep your eyes peeled for an outdoor ping pong table coming soon. We are also hoping to add solar lighting and some native plants!
The community association has applied for a temporary structure permit for community storage to add to this space. The storage space will house our rink boards and summer lawn games when they aren’t in use.
Check out the space so far and have a go with the tetherball!
